We are a private optometry office located inside the Waynesville Walmart, and a husband and wife eye doctor team. Our goal is to provide excellent eyecare with a personal touch.

Dr. Jamin Quilla grew up in Southern California, and Kansas City before meeting his wife at optometry school in Memphis, TN. Dr. Jamin and Dr. Carrie obtained their Doctorate of Optometry from the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN. He currently practices part time at Walmart and also with his wife, Dr. Carrie Quilla, at their practice in Candler. Outside of work Dr. Jamin also enjoys swing dancing with his wife, hiking, and collecting antique spectacles.

Dr. Carrie Quilla is a North Carolina native, born and raised in Winston-Salem. Dr. Carrie has been practicing in Western North Carolina since 2017. Outside of work, Dr. Carrie enjoys swing dancing with her husband, trail running, and playing with her dog named Cody.

We provide routine eye examinations and contact lens fittings, diabetic eye exams, and medical eyecare for urgent eyecare conditions such as eye infections, styes.

Our office can be accessed through the separate eye doctor entrance near the left front entrance, or immediately to the right at the left front entrance.

We are are currently open on Mondays and Wednesdays between 9AM -5PM.
